These tailored personal training sessions begin with an initial consultation to discuss the goals you want to achieve. This forms the basis of your initial training session and exercise plan which is reviewed on a weekly basis. Progress goals and fitness testing track progression. Each session is unique and designed specifically for you and your fitness goals.
